Sports team schedule and to-do lists

The schedule you were sent, in the calendar everyone already checks. Photograph the season sheet or paste the update. Cue reads it and hands back every date it found, ready to confirm.

One capture, a season of dates

Riverside Rowing Club sends the season sheet with eleven practices and four regattas. You photograph it once. Cue comes back with the dates, including the repeating ones, and you look them over and save. Nothing is created until you tap.
When a time changes, paste the message that announced it. Smart Capture adds it as a new event you can review, and the switch on the event card puts the new time on your iPhone calendar alongside everything else in your day.

The roster uses the Loops you share free

Send the invite link to the parents, the assistant coach, the manager. Anyone you invite uses the Loops you share with them free: they see those Loops and can add, change and finish their events, tasks and notes without paying, for as long as they are a member. There is no seat count to manage and nobody hits a paywall reading the schedule you posted. Their first Loop of their own is free too; more than one is Looped In Plus, the same for them as for anyone.
Tasks carry an assignee, so bringing the water, booking the van and collecting the fees are jobs with a name on them rather than a thing everybody assumed somebody else was doing.
