One price, and no charge for the people you share a Loop with. Looped In Plus is what you pay for, and anyone you invite uses the Loops you share with them free. Their first Loop of their own is free, the same as yours, and more than one is Looped In Plus for them too.

What each plan includes
Free. Join any Loop you are invited to and use it fully: see everything, and add, change and finish tasks, notes and events, for as long as you are a member. Start your first Loop of your own, and run Smart Capture three times a day, saving what Cue pulls out of a photo, a paste or your voice. There are no ads on any plan.
Your first week of Plus, free. Every new account gets its first 7 days of Looped In Plus free, with no card needed. Nothing is charged when the week ends. To keep Plus after that, you choose a subscription.
Looped In Plus, $5.99 a month or $39.99 a year. When you subscribe, Apple offers eligible new subscribers a 7 day free trial first. Plus adds as many Loops of your own as you like, asking Cue, and switching an event onto the calendar you already use, with 50 Smart Captures and 100 Cue chats a day. One subscription covers everyone in your Apple Family through Family Sharing.
Billing runs through your Apple ID. Cancel any time in Settings on your iPhone under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends and you are not charged.
Before you pay
Do the people I invite have to pay?
No. Anyone you invite uses the Loops you share with them free, there is no cap on how many, and they can view, add, edit and complete things there at no cost. They also get the same free start as anyone: a first Loop of their own and three Smart Captures a day. More Loops, more captures, asking Cue and the calendar switch are Looped In Plus, the same for them as for you.
What happens to my things if I stop paying?
They stay. Your Loops, events, tasks and notes are still there and still readable, and you keep taking part in Loops other people invited you to. You go back to the free plan: no new Loops of your own beyond the first, three saved captures a day, and no asking Cue or calendar switch until you subscribe again.
Can I try it before paying?
Three ways. Every new account gets its first 7 days of Looped In Plus free, with no card needed, and everything is open that week. When you subscribe, Apple offers eligible new subscribers a 7 day free trial first. And without any subscription your first Loop is free and Smart Capture is free three times a day, saving included, so you can see what Cue does with a real flyer or paste before you decide.
Is there a family plan?
Family Sharing is the family plan. One Looped In Plus subscription covers everyone in your Apple Family at no extra cost, so there is no separate tier to work out.
What about a team or a company?
Today the answer is the same: one person starts the Loop and invites the rest, who use the Loops they are invited to free. That person can run one Loop free; Looped In Plus adds more Loops of their own, asking Cue, the calendar switch and more than three saved captures a day. A per member plan for organizations is in the works, and you do not need to wait for it.
