How do I create a Loop? Go to the Loops screen, tap New Loop at the top, pick a type, and name it after the real thing it is for. Before you have a Loop, that screen offers Set up a Loop with Cue instead. Or drop something in on Home and Cue offers to make the Loop for you. How do I invite someone to my Loop? Open the Loop, choose Invite People from its menu, and send the link or read out the code. Anyone you invite uses the Loops you share with them free. How do I use Smart Capture? Drop something into the Cue bar at the bottom of the screen: paste the text, take a photo, pick a screenshot from your library, or say it out loud. Cue reads it and hands back the events, tasks and notes it found, for you to confirm. What does Looped In Plus include? Looped In Plus ($5.99/mo or $39.99/yr in the US; local prices are shown in the App Store), with 7 days free to start, covers as many Loops of your own as you like, asking Cue, and switching an event to the calendar you already use. The daily caps are 50 Smart Captures a day and 100 Cue chats a day, each resetting daily. Without a subscription your first Loop is free, and you can run Smart Capture three times a day and save what Cue finds. Anyone you invite uses the Loops you share with them free. How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings in the app and tap Manage subscription. You can also cancel in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. How do I delete my account? Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm. When you do, we immediately erase your login, profile, settings, AI memory and Cue conversations, and we tell Apple and Google to end Looped In's access if you used them to sign in or connected them. Loops that only you belong to are kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then erased. What you added to Loops shared with other people stays there for them, with your name removed. Backup copies are kept 90 days, then erased, and we keep purchase and security records for 3 years. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
